落料拉伸复合模具设计 摘 要 学习、研究和发展冷冲压技术，对发展我国国民经济和加速现代化工业建设具有重要意义。本文主要是对压紧弹簧座工艺分析及模具设计。首先，对传压紧弹簧座进行了工艺分析，压紧弹簧座外形是圆柱形，确定了毛坯尺寸、拉深次数、模具的结构形式及排样方式；然后选择了合适的压力机，把凹模、凸模的尺寸设计出来、选择了合适的模架、卸料装置、推件装置、导向零件、模柄、凸模和凹模的固定板及垫板，用CAD软件绘制了本模具的工程图。 关键词：拉伸，圆柱形，工艺分析，冷冲压 ?BLANKING-DRAWING-COMPOSITE MOLD DESIGN ABSTRACT Learning, research and develop the cold stamping technology has a great significance to the development of China’s national economy and the process of accelerating the modernization of industrial construction.
