Among the related techniques. the shot change det时tion is the most prim盯y technique to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. lt d刷cribed the various video change detection techniques in raw-data and frequency domains. and analyzed the ad- vantages or disadvantages 01 the mentioned techniques. and then introduced the joint-model video shot change detection approach.
