Looked fromthe surface that, enterprises fund short truly is the objectiveexistence, but through the investigation and the research discovery,our country enterprises fund short absolutely is by no means short,but is relatively short. The fund short essence is the property delay, the storage quantityproperty fluidity is bad, changes the present ability not to bestrong, therefore the property changes the present fundamental mode isthe plate live storage quantity property, enhances the property thefluidity with to change present. However because the market economy characteristic is the reward andthe risk always together, therefore changes in the present process inthe property to have the huge risk. This article obtains from the enterprise fund short main reason,proposed the property changes presently solves one of enterprise fundshort fundamental modes, and carried on the analysis to enterprisesproperty present situation, proposed the enterprise carried on theproperty to change the present fundamental mode, the analysisenterprise changes the risk type in the property which in the presentprocess existed and aims at the enterprise property to change thepresent risk to propose some effective practical feasible guardmeasures.
