With the revival of national customary law, the phenomenon attached much attention. However, the customary law of Compensating for Killing A Person goes against the spirit of modern ruleby law. Based on profound and correct understanding, we should solve the controver- sy of customary law and state law and make the two kinds of rule go alone well with each other.
