本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 大中型企业财务管理模式问题的理论与案例研究 系 别 管理系 学生姓名 专 业 财务管理 班 级 学号 指导教师 2015 年 6 月 摘 要 大中型企业作为一个整体，对各国家的经济发展做出了突出贡献。在经济全球化的时代，越来越多的国家重视大中型企业的作用。虽然大中型企业在推动国家经济发展有很重要作用，但许多大中型企业单纯追求销量和市场份额的相当大的部分，忽视了财务管理的核心地位。管理意识是刚性的，企业管理局限于生产经营的管理结构，企业财务管理和风险控制的作用没有得到充分发挥，导致其对大中型企业的负面影响信贷融资渠道。原因是缺乏有效的财务管理支持。因此，深化金融改革，探索金融潜力，提高财务管理水平，改革财务管理的运作模式，建立财务管理模式适合中国大中型企业的现状是当务之急。 关键词：大中型企业，财务管理模式，预算管理，财务控制  ABSTRACT Large and medium-sized enterprises as a whole, the economic development of countries have made outstanding contributions. With the development of economic globalization, more and more countries pay attention to the role of large and medium sized enterprises. Although large and medium-sized enterprises to the countrys economic development has played a significant role in promoting, but at present, there are quite a number of large and medium-sized enterprises is simply the pursuit of sales and market share, ignoring the core status of financial management, rigid management thought backward, enterprise management limited to the production and operation of the management structure, the role of the enterprise financial management and risk control has not been brought into full play, to large and medium-sized enterprises credit and financing channels also brought many negative effects. The main reason is the lack of an effective financial management support.
