(Shanghai science and Technology Museum, Shanghai 200127) [Abstract] in China, the construction of science and Technology Museum has increasingly become the focus of attention in the museum. The scale of stadiums and gymnasiums is huge, and the number of new pavilions has doubled and redoubled. However, how to make each new museum have its own features and originality, which makes the museum play its role? This paper focuses on the importance of establishing the concept of science and technology museum construction, as well as the concept of how to govern the whole museum of science and technology innovation. Through the different background and characteristics of the review of the development of science and Technology Museum and the four stages of development, context and characteristics of the development of philosophy from science and technology museum can be seen: the Museum of science and technology in different times are carrying characteristics and regional era, with the development of technology and society the exhibiting content and style, education idea change, thus creating different internal ideas and external forms of science and technology museum. Taking the Shanghai science and Technology Museum as an example, this paper explains the characteristics of the fourth stage of the development of science and Technology Museum, the characteristics of modern comprehensive science and Technology Museum, the difference between collection model and exhibition model, and the difference between subject centered and subject centered.
