ResultsInthelungti ueoftheasthmaticrats, thegeneexpre ionsofPRMT1 (P0.01), PRMT2 (P0.01), PRMT3 (P0.05) and PRMT5 (P0.05) were significantlyincreased, but the expre ion of PRMT4gene (P0.05) wa ignificantlydecreasedascomparedwiththoseinthecontrolti ue. Inthespleenti ueofthe asthmaticrats, theexpre ionsofPRMT2(P0.05) andPRMT5genes(P0.05) showedasignificantincreaseascompared withthoseinthecontrolratti ue.
