As the twenty-first century the great change, social progress also accelerated ceaselessly, advanced in the traffic tools, luxurious skyscrapers, novel household appliances, developed network is rapidly into the human life, however, due to the diversification of modern society of human life, endangering the safety problems also appear the development trend of diversification and complicated. Accidents, man-made accidents, psychological factors, epidemic disease, etc., always threaten our humans life safety and health, plus pupil because young and ego to protect consciousness weak, self bear ability difference, without the rich life safety consciousness and so life safety threat affected by a variety of factors. Although the primary school education in luoyang city life safety than some remote areas a little bit better, but which still exist many problems, there are still a lot of life safety education because of weak and happen tragedy. Because the life safety problems, pupil relationship to each family happiness and social stability, and so, in the face of primary school life safety accidents occur frequently, on childrens life safety education is urgently needed.
