急诊科临床药师培养模式探析 [摘要] 结合临床药师在急诊科的实际工作,对其培养模式进行探讨,同时也为急诊科临床药师的培养提供参考。目前我国临床药师的培养存在临床知识、药学服务能力和精准用药技能的培训不足,缺乏激励机制等问题。鉴于此,急诊科临床药师的培养应从职业修养、理论专业知识、实践技能和沟通能力四个方面入手,并着重加强专业知识、实践技能、轮转学习和继续教育、解决问题能力以及精准用药水平的培养,定期进行考核。总之,急诊科临床药师的培养模式必须以强化临床实践为基础,将理论知识与临床应用实践相结合,在不久的将来,科学的培养模式一定能形成并应用于实践

Training model of clinical pharmacists in emergency department

[Abstract] This work is to explore the training model of clinical pharmacists worked in emergency department based on the practical situation, and provide the reference for clinical pharmacy services. Currently, the training of clinical pharmacists existed some problems, such as lack of professional training on specialized knowledge, clinical pharmacy services and precision medicine, as well as lack of motivation. Thus, the training of clinical pharmacists in emergency department should focus on professional quality, specialized knowledge, practical skills and communicational ability, especially enhance theoretical study on medical and pharmaceutical knowledge, get more clinical practice, strengthen the learning in different departments, participate in more advanced courses and continuing education, and improve the ability in problem solving and precision medicine. Moreover, the clinical pharmacists should receive regular examination. Taken together, the training should be on the basis of engaging in clinical practice, through the application of pharmaceutical knowledge. Appropriate training model will be tracked out and applied in practice in the near future.
