Article 2 the domestic universities in the present measures refer to the domestic universities that have signed an agreement with our university. Article 3 the students who apply for the recognition of credit must, on the basis of the unified selection of our university, to the students in exchange and exchange. The credit is not deemed to be accepted without the uniform selection of the school and the prior examination and approval of the school. Article 4 the credit and grades of the courses that apply for recognition must be the credits and achievements of the domestic universities. Other forms of credit and grades will not be determined by the school. Article 5 all grades, including failing grades shall be determined by credit. Article 6 the measures for determining credit are divided into entry and record. Entry is a direct registration of the achievement of the communication school in the course of my major.
