Frame and board are independent. Each board can be disassembled for consideration of future easy maintainance. * Frames are made by aluminum cylinder and transfer angle. Transfer angle is cast aluminium to guarantee high tensility. * Anti cold bridge aluminum pillar. The whole aluminum is composed by inside and outside frame. Inside and outside frames are connected by heat insulation PVC bars. Rigid polyurethane foam is filled between inside and outside frame, to make anti cold bridge structure. * Large units need strengthening. Usually two kinds, Internal strengthening of unit(left picture) and internal strengthening of heat insulation board(right picture). * Maintenance place should have lamp and observation window. Overall maintenance door, sizes can be OEM according to needs. * This large unit is being installed in workshop. Air amount is about 50,000 CBM per hour. * It can also be made into double deck air conditioning unit.
