摘 要 随着我国经济的发展，建筑业在我国发展迅速，据日前在伦敦发布的一份世界建筑业报告预测，中国最快将于2018年超过美国成为全球最大的建筑业市场。因此建设工程项目管理也日益发展成为一门独立的学科。项目建设，离不开建设工程项目管理，对于工程项目施工企业来说，施工现场管理是项目施工管理的基础。长期以来，我国建筑行业技术落后，属于劳动密集型的产业，在当前资源稀缺、环境日益恶化的形式下，这种粗放型建造模式带来一系列的问题，尤其体现在节能环保、安全生产、工程质量和文明施工等几个方面。目前国内施工企业往往忽视对施工现场安全文明施工的管理，为了提高施工项目现场管理水平，必须注重项目施工的现场管理，制定切实可行的管理办法。6S现场管理法正逐渐被应用到建设项目现场管理领域，具有很强的实践价值。但现阶段，完全推行6S管理法的建筑施工企业还很少，只是在个别工程项目中借鉴6S管理方法。 关键词:建筑业 ，项目建设，施工现场，6S现场管理 Abstract As Chinas economic development, the construction industry developed rapidly in China, according to a recently released in London, the worlds construction report predicts that China surpassed the United States as early as 2018, the worlds largest construction market.Therefore, construction project management is increasingly developing into an independent discipline.Project construction, construction project management indispensable for project construction enterprises, construction site management is the basis for project construction management.For a long time, Chinas construction industry, backward technology, labor-intensive industries, in the current scarcity of resources, deteriorating environment in the form, this model brings extensive construction of a series of problems, particularly in the energy-saving environmental protection, production safety,engineering quality and construction and other aspects of civilization.At present, construction companies often neglect the construction of safe and civilized construction site management, in order to improve the construction project site management, construction projects must focus on site management, to develop practical management.6S-site management method is gradually being applied to the construction project site management, with strong practical value.But at this stage, full implementation of 6S management on the construction business, little, only to learn from individual projects 6S management.
