There is a variety of hand sanitizer in the market which include fsubstituting antibacterial disinfection,existing health care,heavy oil typle etc. This paper choose one kind of the pearl light hand sanitizer production, it was developed by a variety of mild surfactants and addition agents.This hand sanitizer is disinfected,apply the bacteria,simple preparation,use armguard is convenient wait for a characteristic.Also the article analyses the operators of the hand sanitizer plant detailedly and scientificly,to botain Satisfactory profit. It is a process of stirring and mixing for this craft,we can produce the homologous product by the interaction of the stirrer and metering pump,then we can continuous produce the product. Key words：soap; handicraft;device 引 言 过去，受生活条件的制约，人们洗手通常用的是香皂、肥皂、洗衣粉等。虽然它们能达到一定的清洗效果，但对皮肤有刺激作用，去污效果也不甚理想。更严重的是，长期使用，会导致皮肤粗糙、皴裂、脱皮。洗手液作为新兴的洁手物品，近几年来得到了越来越多人的认可，销量一路攀升。手作为人的第二张脸，洗手液以其养护功能成功地获取了广大消费者的青睐。
