边缘卸料式φ1.5×2m废弃混凝土剥壳机回转部分的设计 摘 要 随着科技技术的不断发展，目前，世界范围内的废弃混凝土堆放和新增数量与日俱增。鉴于此提出了一种废弃混凝土的回收装置，本次设计的主要内容是进行剥壳机回转部分的设计。首先依据剥壳机主要是用来处理废弃混凝土的，进行剥壳机的总体方案的设计；然后根据1.5×2m剥壳机进行必要的参数计算，如：剥壳机的转速，功率，生产能力，填充率等计算；参数计算以后，进行剥壳机的具体结构设计；最后，对主要的零部件进行强度校核。 本设计预期能够达到：能够将经过脱除钢筋处理，粒度在400mm左右的废弃混凝土采用破碎机进行破碎至出机最大粒度不超过50mm，送入回转装置进行进一步的“剥壳”分离，即将废弃混凝土原有的并牢固粘结在一起的粗、细骨料进行分离还原，得到表面干净的石子和细碎的硬化水泥砂浆及部分石沫。得到5~25mm的干净石子和小于5mm的细骨料。石子能够用于新搅拌混凝土的粗骨料，硬化水泥砂浆及部分石沫进行进一步磨细加工，制成微分，作为预拌混凝土的掺合料替代部分水泥，改善预拌混凝土的施工和使用性能。 关键词：剥壳机，总体设计，参数设计，结构设计， 英文题目 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of technology, science and technology, at present, the worldwide number of waste concrete pile and add increasing.In view of this paper, a waste concrete recovery, the main contents of this design is the rotating part of the design sheller.First, according to sheller is mainly used to deal with waste concrete, to peel the general scheme of the design; and then 1.5 × 2m Sheller calculate the necessary parameters, such as: Sheller speed, power, capacity, filling ratio and other calculations; parameters calculated after the design of the specific structure of Sheller; Finally, the main components of the strength check.
