XXX学院毕业设计（论文） 住宅小区恒压供水控制系统设计 学 生：XXX 学 号：XXX 专 业：测控 班 级：2010.2 指导教师：XXX、XXX XXX学院XXX学院 二O一一年六月 摘 要 本论文根据住宅小区的供水要求，设计了一套基于PLC的变频调速恒压供水控制系统。变频恒压供水控制系统由可编程控制器、变频器、水泵机组、压力传感器、报警器等构成。本系统包含三台水泵电机，它们组成变频循环运行方式，采用变频器实现对三相水泵电机的软启动和变频调速，运行切换采用“先启先停”的原则。压力传感器检测当前水压信号，送入PLC与设定值比较后进行PID运算，从而控制变频器的输出电压和频率，进而改变水泵电机的转速来改变供水量，最终保持管网压力稳定在设定值附近，实现恒压供水。通过工控机与PLC的连接，采用组态软件完成系统监控，实现了运行状态动态显示及数据、报警的查询。 关键词：变频调速；恒压供水；PLC；组态软件 ABSTRACT This thesis is based on the residential area of water supply requirements, design a Constant Pressure Water Supply Control System Based on PLC. The constant pressure water supply control system consists of a programmable controller, inverter, water pumps, pressure sensors, alarm and so on.The system consists of three pump motors, they are composed of frequency conversion cycle operation mode, the inverter is used to achieve the soft-start and frequency control three-phase pump motor run switch with the principle of first initial first stop. Pressure sensor detects the water pressure signal into the PLC with the set value after the PID operation, so as to control the inverter output voltage and frequency, thereby changing the speed of the pump motor to change the supply quantity, and ultimately to maintain the pressure stability of the pipe network in the set given the value of the near constant pressure water supply. IPC and PLC connection, using the configuration software system monitoring, dynamic display of operating status and data, and alarm queries.
