《公司的核心竞争力》评述 普拉哈拉德的《公司的核心竞争力》,从20世纪80年代到90年代人们评价高层管理标准的转变开始,引入核心竞争力概念。通过对NEC和GTE这两家在起步时业务组合基本相近的公司主要是因为NEC能够从“核心竞争力”的角度考虑企业问题,而GTE却没有。The core of competencies of the corporation of the Prahalads, from the 1980s to the 1990s, people began to change high-rise management standard, and introduce the concept of core competence.
