医疗设备制造企业精益生产模型探究 　　摘要：本文针对中国制造企业推行精益生产中遇到的问题，结合医疗设备行业的特点与精益生产的基本原理，为中国医疗设备制造企业设计一个包含结构体系、推行体系和评估体系的实施精益生产系统的参考模型。同时完成详细的结构体系设计、推行体系设计、评估体系设计，以此保证该模型能够在中国医疗设备制造企业整体实施。通过该模型在M公司的应用，证实了该模型的有效性与可行性 Abstract： This paper aims at the problems of lean production in Chinese manufacturing enterprises， and combined with the characteristics of medical equipment industry and the basic principle of lean production， designs a reference model of the lean production system including structural system， implementation system and evaluation system for medical equipment manufacturing enterprises in China. At the
