中国早教机构理现状分析
Analysis and management of China early education institutions problems
Internationally, the age range of early education is 0-8 years old which is called early childhood. In fact, the continuous development stage also contains a number of special development stages - 0-3 years old (infant) stage, 3-6 years old (young children) stage and 6-8 years old (primary school children) stage. The education for 3-8 years old children has a long history. However, the early education for 0-3 years old infants didn’t emerge in Europe and America until 1960s. In the 1980s, early education institutions which mainly serve for family appeared. Since early education concept is introduced into our country, early childhood institutions mushroomed. There also have been some teams devoted to the study of early childhood institutions, but due to a late start, Chinas early education institutions in terms of theory research and practice were exploring and advancing. In our country, 0 early education institutions for 0-3years old children either imitate foreign education philosophy, education mode and management mode or imitate each other. The early education institutions developing in local exist many problems. The author mainly focuses on analyzing the problem of Chinas early education management and putting forward solutions.
Problems in China’s early education institution management.
a. Central and local government’s investment on early education organization is low. The governments input and support to the early education has greatly influenced the development of early education. With the continuous development of Chinas economy and society, the early education has been more and more concerned by the community. In recent years, the government has repeatedly pointed out that we must attach importance to pre-school education in some important meetings. However, there is no significant improvement in the financial investment of pre-school education.
