后牙锁牙合的正畸治疗 林永盛 李志强 张斌 摘要 目的：探讨矫治锁牙合的病因、诊断方法和治疗技术。方法：采用后前位X线片、曲面断层片和模型测量进行诊断分析，将后牙锁牙合分为三种不同类型。然后应用上下后牙交互牵引，种植体支抗，改良腭杠腭侧牵引， 方丝弓“T”形曲法或活动矫治器矫治等方法。结果：65例后牙锁牙合病例，依据三种临床分型，采用相应的治疗方法，均达到满意效果。结论：后牙锁牙合患者要根据锁牙合的临床特征、病因机制选择相应的治疗方法，解除拥挤开辟间隙是前提，对锁牙合牙齿进行垂直向控制是关键。 关键词 正畸 后牙锁牙合 牙合间交互牵引 种植体支抗 Orthodontic Diagnosis and Treatment of Posterior Scissors Bite LIN Yongsheng, LI Zhiqiang, etal Department of Orthodontics, school of Stomatology,Northwest National University Abstract 　Objective　The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of posterior scissors bite and to provide information for correct treatment of this disease.Methods　 A total of 65 cases of posterior scissors bite were selected. The X-ray examination of patients’ heads in the posterior-anterior position,analysis of pantomorphic flims and model measurement were used for the diagnosis of posterior scissors bite.According to date,three types of posterior scissors bite would be classified, and different appliances would be appliedin the flowing treatment, including occlusion plate removable inter-arch mutual elastics, micro- implant anchorage （MIA）, modified palatal arch ,edge-wirse “T” loop and removable appliances. Results A total of 65 cases of posterior scissors bite were treated by different techniques in manner consistent with the classification.
