喷油泵提前角测量系统及PC通信 摘 要 柴油机喷油泵的供油提前角直接关系到柴油机的功率、燃油消耗和工作的稳定性。准确地测定喷油泵供油提前角并将其调整到最佳数值，对于保证柴油机处于完好技术状态、节约燃油消耗和充分发挥柴油机性能有着重要的意义。测量提前角的同时，我们还应该实时测量喷油泵的油位，因为合理的油位是喷油泵正常运转的保证，只有了解了喷油泵中的油量，才能不损坏喷油泵。所以本次的设计研究是有必要的，也具有一定的现实意义。 喷油泵提前角的测量精度要求高、信号提取困难，所以引入高精度磁平衡式霍尔电传感器，把它安装在喷油泵主轴上，通过主轴的转动，产生两个外中断，然后利用AT89C52的定时器/记数器获取提前角的相关数据信息并精确计算提前角。油位的测量也是通过传感器将模拟信号输送给十位数据采集芯片TLC1549CP，它将模拟信号转化为数字信号，然后将信息送于AT89C52进行处理再经过MAX232高低电平的转化传送给PC机，也就是呈现于我们面前的数据。然后利用LED精确显示提前角和油位。 最后通过PC机与单片机TXD、RXD相连，利用MAX232电平转换，通过指令码的输入，对存储区的数据信息进行传送，这样就实现了与PC机的实时通信。 关键词：喷油泵提前角，单片机，油位测量，传感器，PC通信 The Oil Pump Angle of advance Measurement System and PC Communication ABSTRACT The oil pump angle of advance of diesel is directly related to its engine power,fule consumption and stability of the work.Accurate determinatiaon of the oil pump advance angle and the adjustment to the best value is full of great significance to ensure diesel is in good technical state,save fule consumption and fully play its performance. we should also measure the oil level of oil pump in time when measuring the oil pump angle of advance. Because a reasonable oil level is guarantee to the normal operation of the oil pump.we won’t damage the oil pump only when we know the oil level of oil pump. Therefore, the design is necessary and also has some practical significance. Because of the high precise measurement and signal extraction problems of the oil pump angle of advance,we introduce the high-precision magnetic balanced hall electric sensor. We install it on the oil pump shaft. Two external interrupts generate through the shaft rotation. Then we can obtain the related data of the oil pump angle of advance and accurately calculate the oil pump angle of advance taking advantage of the timer / counter of AT89C52. The measurement methods of the oil level are as follows: First of all , the analog signals can be delivered to the 10 data acquisition chip TLC1549CP by the sensor.
