That is a computer-assisted telephone interviewing CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview), is the product of the rapid development of modern communication technology and computer information processing technology in the traditional telephone interview obtained. Using a computer-assisted telephone interviewing methods by computer design designed questionnaire by interviewing respondents by telephone. Questionnaire can use mainframe computers, microcomputers, or personal computer to design generation.
