The results indicated that the electrocatalytic dagradation of phenol on TiSnO + Sb O eletrodeaccorded with the consecutivemodel and the inter 2 2 3 mediate of quinoneappeared inthe degradation precess. Theappearance of intermediate and its degradation rate influenced theelectrolytic deg radation efficiency of organic pollutants graatly. The electrolytic degradation process was almost not affected by cathodic reaction.
