摘 要 在公共卫生领域中，食品安全问题不仅直接影响消费者的健康，而且对经济、 政治和社会稳定均有重要的间接影响。 在公众视域下，“食品安全”也是近年来被热议的问题之一，有关食品安全的 报道一见诸大众媒体，就会聚焦众人目光。 《人民日报》作为权威党报，在食品安全报道中的表现不仅代表了党的喉舌 在处理食品安全问题上的作为，同时也可反映党和政府对食品安全事件的关注程 度。 本文通过对2003——2008 年度《人民日报》食品安全报道轮廓的大致描绘和 对食品安全个案的深入分析，剖析《人民日报》的食品安全报道的长处与不足， 并尝试提出建议，为《人民日报》食品安全报道的发展献言献策。 本文采用了健康传播的视角，透视在《人民日报》在不同情况的食品安全报 道中采取的相应对策，分析《人民日报》食品安全报道的多种功能。 关键词：《人民日报》食品安全报道 健康传播 III Abstract In the field of public health, the issue of food safety has a direct effect on consumer’s health, and exerts indirect but important influences on economy, politics as well as social stability. Food safety has always been one of the heated topics from a public field of view. Since their exposure on mass media, the relevant reports have been eye-catching. As the central party organ, People’s Daily and its performance in food-safety reports not only represent the government’s actions in dealing with this issue, but also reflect the attentions paid on these happenings by the government. Taking food-safety reports by People’s Daily in the recent five years as examples and cases, this paper makes deep analyses, finds out deviation and tries to provide suggestions with the hope of improving the relevant reports by People’s Daily. From the perspective of health communication, this paper examines various reporting strategies given by People’s Daily in different situations, and analyzes varied functions played by People’s Daily in reporting the issue of food safety.
