摘 要 本文主要分三个部分。 第一部分是绪论部分，这部分主要讲述的是中国养老制度的发展，研究的 意义，以及“王杖十简”、“王杖诏令册”出土以来的研究情况。 第二部分阐述的是汉代的养老制度，主要从以下四个方面来阐述，即：传 世文献中的汉代养老制度、汉代养老制度与“王杖”的渊源、汉代民政的特点 以及“王杖十简”、“王杖诏令册”中蕴含的刑法思想研究。这部分为论文的重 点，每个方面又分为若干小节，按所涉及问题进行详细阐述。 第三部分是“王杖十简”集释，所录文章以字句考释为主。在每一条目中， 罗列各家的说法，各家说法之后为本人的按语。 关键词：王杖十简 王杖诏令册 汉代养老制度 I Abstract This paper is divided into three parts.
