摘 要 摘 要 中德学会的前身是中德文化协会，中德文化协会是在郑寿麟先生组织创办的德国研 究会的基础上，经过扩充和该组发展而来的。1931年，郑寿麟私人解囊创办德国研究会， 这一举动受到中德两国人士的欢迎。经过中德两方学者共同协商、筹备、决议对德国研 究会进行扩充，按照法兰克福中国学院的模式，建立中国的“德国学院”。 论文主要论述了中德学会的组织机构、发展历程、主要活动。学会在极其困难的条 件下出版发行了学术期刊—《研究与进步》、《中德学志》。在日伪统治时期，学会抵制 了日伪分子统治的高压，排除了纳粹分子的干扰，坚持举办了各种各样的文化活动，积 极谋求为中德文化交流做出了一定贡献。当然由于中德学会受经费不足、组织相对松散 及时代的影响等因素的制约，其发展亦存在不可避免的局限性。 关键词 中德学会 文化交流 中德学志 中德文化协会 I Abstract Abstract Sino-German learn to predecessor is Sino-German culture association, it is basically and expandingly developed on the basis of the German Research Association , which is founded by Zheng ShouLin. In 1931,Zheng ShouLin set up the German Research Association on his own money, which is favorably received by the two countries people. After the two countries scholars consult and prepare, Resolution extended in the German Research Association, according to chinas academy of Frankfurt model, to established Chinas Germany institute. The Paper mainly discusses the organization of the Sino-German learn to, development process, main activities. The Sino-German learn to published academic periodicals under the tough condition, such as The research and progress, The Sino-German learn record. In the puppet government reign, the Sino-German learn to boycotted the molecules of the rule with a heavy hand ,ruled out the Nazis interference, Insist on holding various cultural activities ,tried to make a difference on culture communication between China and Germany.
