In the customer-centric era of digital economy, user experience has be- come more and more important to the development of website. Currently, the research of user experience in website involves two aspects: the elements and the methods of measuring the user experience. In the article, first, the current academic researches of the two aspects above-mentioned are reviewed, and then several open research problems and improvements for further study of this area are described.
