51 1 金安桥水电站主体工程施工进度计划编制与管理 学 生：赵晓军 指导老师：吴亚良 三峡大学土木水电学院 摘要：金安桥项目是一大型水电工程，工期较长，施工强度较大。并且项目主体工程施工工期较紧，迫切要求提前发电。为了合理地、科学地进行施工，保证工程质量，在施工前编制工程进度计划，并进行进度计划管理。进度计划是在项目结构分解基础上，确定工程活动的逻辑关系和工程活动的持续时间，通过安排或计算确定项目和各个活动的时间目标。而进度管理是在项目实施过程中，对实施进展情况进行检查、对比、分析、调整，以确保进度计划总目标得以实现的活动。 P3是一个基于计算机技术和网络计划技术的工程项目管理软件，主要功能是进度、费用和资源管理，融合了先进的项目管理时思维和方法，可以解决工期进度、费用和资源投入情况等合理性管理问题。此外，P3还能将工程的现行进度与目标管理有机地联系到一起，从而使得项目管理的思想和方法应用到实际工程中，成为一种操作性很强的、切实可行的手段。 Abstract：The project of Jin Anqiao is one large water and electrician project. The work expects to be long and the strength is big. The time of main body in the project is tighter and the project is requested to generate electricity urgently in advance. For cinstructing the project reasonably and uqwngp the quality of project is well. The project plan is accomplished before the project state and is managed. Basing on the Work breakdown structure, project plan makes sure the logic and duration of project activity, and makes sure the project and each activity of project crossing arrangement and calculation. While the progect managent make a check、contrast、 analysis and adjustment for the progressod of project when the project carry into executionplan in order to make sure objective of project 51 2 plan carried out. P3 is software of Project Management according to the technical of computer and network plan. The main function of P3 is the management of plan，cost and resources . While P3 blends thinking and method of the advanced management.P3 can solve the work plan、the investment of cost and resource, and other managing problem is reasonable. In addition, the software returns an ability to organically contact the actual plan and aim management of engineering to make together organically.
