Key words: urban and rural residents; health literacy; research status; prospect 居民的健康问题一直都是各国政府重视的焦点。近几年，关于居民健康问题出现了一个新的重要的突破口，即健康促进和健康教育，而健康素养作为健康促进和健康教育的重要组成部分，也日益受到了政府各部门和研究人员的高度重视。健康素养是需要伴随公众一生的，通过搜集并且使用健康信息进行健康决策的方法来降低自身存在的健康风险，从而提高生活质量。“健康素养是一种多维度技能[1]”。 1 关于健康素养 1.1 健康素养的定义 Simonds在1974年发表的《把健康教育视为社会政策》（Health Education as Social Policy）一文中最早提出了 “健康素养”一词。文章指出健康教育属于政策问题，而且总结提出健康教育对卫生保健和卫生教育以及大众传播等方面的作用及影响，还指出应该为学生制定最低的健康素养标准[2]。1995年，美国健康教育标准联合委员会在1995年颁布了《国家健康教育标准》（The National Health E
