Cause most of the world because the majority of poor people are human factors, which is an unfair trading system so that poor people have lost the chance out of poverty. This research relevant literature, we found that free trade does not necessarily bring wealth to all human beings, as free trade does not guarantee fair trade, free trade may bring the destruction of the natural environment, social instability and weak national decline. Therefore, one purpose of this study to understand the promotion of fair trade status; another purpose, understanding of international business fair trade standards in response to the competitive advantage of available reasons. Through literature review and case analysis, research found that international companies use fair trade issues, the management will bring advantages.
