毕业设计（论文） 七星坤达单跨车间设计及制造工艺设计 The Manufacturing Technology Design and the Structure Design of A single span workshop for Qi xing Kun da 学生姓名： 学历层次： 所在系部： 所学专业： 指导教师： 教师职称： 完成时间：  摘 要 本设计是一钢结构产品加工装配车间的结构及制造工艺设计，设计内容包括方案设计、结构设计及制造工艺设计。该设计以21米单跨带吊车厂房为题，对其结构和制造工艺进行设计，工程长72m，宽21m，单层，柱高7.3m，屋面坡度1/10。主要设计过程包括结构和吊车的选型和布置，结构的受力分析和内力组合，梁、柱、支撑等构件截面的初选和验算，以及节点、屋面等的设计。 在设计过程中，首先根据长度和跨度等条件确定厂房的结构布置，然后采用PKPM设计软件对厂房的内力进行分析并求解，按照钢结构设计原理及和钢结构设计规范对各构件进行设计和验算。最后进行钢结构的制造及防腐工艺设计。 整个设计过程遵循钢结构设计规范，设计经济合理，满足施工要求。 关键词 钢结构 门式刚架 结构设计 内力组合 Abstract The design is about the structure and fabrication technology design for maching and fitting shop of steel products. Design content includes project design, structure design and fabrication technology design. Get to the design to 21 metres across with a crane plant, for its structure and manufacturing process for the design and engineering long, wide 72m and 21m richly, and the high 7.3m, a major slope, including 10. During the course of all design, the arrays of structure are established on base of length ,span and so on conditions firstly .Then internal forces of portal frame are analyzed and solved by PKPM designing software. And every member is designed and checked according to the principle and the standard of architectural design .At last, fabrication and anti-corrosion processes of steel structure are designed. All design process is abided by the standard of architectural design.The design is economical and reasonable. It can meet with the demand of the construction.
