And the economic and social structure transformation is constantly upgrading. Industrial structure is the foundation of the economic structure of the society. The upgrading of the industrial structure will produce four kinds of effects: structure and mutual benefit effect, structure upgrading effect, structure aggregation effect and open structure effect. The connotation of structure effect is studies and the focus is in the industrial structure effect measurement and the effect on industrial structure performance.
