　　分光光度法测定蛇足石杉中总黄酮含量论文 马燮 何笑聪 杨郭 汤秀华 【摘要】 目的建立蛇足石杉中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法 以芦丁为对照品，采用分光光度法在510 nm处测定蛇足石杉中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁浓度在8.16 ～57.12 μg/ml范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为A=10.649C+0.005 57，r=0.998 2 ，平均回收率为96.88%，RSD=2.53%。结论该测定方法简便、快速，准确，可作为测定蛇足石杉中总黄酮含量的方法。 【关键词】 蛇足石杉； 总黄酮； 芦丁； 分光光度法 Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish a method for determining the content of total flavonoids in Huperzia serrata.MethodsRutin as reference sample, the total flavonoids content in huperzia serrata ined by spectrophotometry at 510nm.
