　　反相高效液相色谱法测定丹参妇康胶囊中芍药苷的含量论文 【摘要】 目的建立测定丹参妇康胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱Reliasil C18（5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm），保护柱(5μm,12.50 mm × 4.6 mm)，以乙腈-0.02 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（26∶74）为流动相，检测波长为230 nm, 柱温30℃， 流速为1.0 ml·min-1。结果芍药苷在0.496～29.76 μg·ml-1 线性范围与色谱峰的峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 5；芍药苷平均回收率98.82 %，RSD=2.11%。结论该方法简便，分离完全.freelethod for the determination of paeoniflori in Fukang capsules.
