Data and methods The study select 106 acute coronary syndrome patients treated in our hospital from october，2008 to october，2009, The ACS group were radomized into two groups: treated group (n=55) and control group(n=51).Both groups were treated with conventional treatment and Wenyangyiqi tang added to the treated group, levels of complement C3,C4 , NT-proBNP and TNT in blood were detected on admission and before discharged. Also observed the two groups occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events in 1-months follow-up . Results There was no significant difference beteween the level of C3, C4, NT-ProBNP,TNT in treated group and control group(P0.05). The level of C3, C4, NT-ProBNP,TNT was lower after therapy in both group (P0.05). Compared with the control group , the level of C3, C4, NT-ProBNP,TNT was decreased more in the treated group .there was significant difference between before therapy and after therapy (P0.05).In 1-months follow-up, there was some decreased in the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in two 5 温阳益气法对急性冠脉综合征患者补体C3、C4 的影响及其疗效分析 groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).
