Long-term incompleteness of supply chain structure makes China have few discourse rights and controlling power in international industrial chain, as a result, the consolidation of supply chain management plays an important role in upgrading China’s holistic competence of manufacture. Transportation is the core activity of logistic business and is an important link in different periods of global supply chain, and the reduction of logistic cost by integrating and optimizing network structure, transportation and newly associated transportation and so on needs the collective efforts of all enterprises on the whole supply chain.
