A long w ith the increasingly serious problem of global clim ate, the countries hope the clim ate con ference in C openhagen can form an effectiv e w ay to resolve th is issue, and further con firm ed that the C ongress of 20 12, countries shou ld b ear the respon sib ility for em ission s reduction s, but its fru itless. U ndoubtedly, th e U n ited States an d th e E uropean U nion and other developed countries as a m ajor em itting countries shou ld take m easures to effectively undertake em ission reduction ob ligation s.
