南京师范大学泰州学院 毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 中小企业内部控制问题及对策 院（系、部）： 强化部 姓 名： 嵇明明 年 级： 2010级 学 号： 专 业： 财务管理 指导教师： 廖浪涛 2014 年 3 月 10 日  中小企业内部控制问题及对策 摘要：目前，我国中小企业已占企业总数的90%以上，它所提供的实现利税和工业总产值分别占全国总数的40%和60%,?并提供了大约75%的城镇就业机会,成为县及县以下财政收入的主要来源。这一切决定了中小企业的发展与国民经济息息相关。然而，由于中小企业自身和外部的种种原因，其财务管理状况不尽人意。在2008年席卷全球的金融危机中，不少中小企业面对经济环境发生的重大变化而不知所措，有些甚至被迫宣布破产，这与不重视发挥财务管理以及内部控制的重要作用有直接的关系。所以，很有必要对中小企业目前的内部控制问题进行深入的研究和探讨。中小型企业从其设立、筹建到运营，以至于以后的合并、终止或破产，都与财务紧密结合，从中小型企业设立时就应该有一套健全的财务会计制度。目前中小企业内部控制存在着诸多问题，使得企业面临着经营风险与财务风险的双重考验。因此，我们必须针对中小企业发展中面临的问题，采取相应的对策促进中小企业健康发展 关键词：中小企业；内部控制；问题；对策 The Problems and Countermeasures Existing in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Internal Control Construction Abstract：Small and medium-sized enterprise as the main participants in the market economy,has an important meaning in ensuring moderate growth of Chinas national economy, relieving the employment pressure and optimizing the economic structure , plays an irreplaceable role in the active market and promoting the development of national economy . Although small and medium-sized enterprise development rapidly, but at the same time we see many small and medium-sized enterprises life is not long, with many reasons,internal control is not sound or missing is a very crucial factor. Of the internal control system of enterprise is sound, whether strict execution, are the keys of the enterprise survival and development .
