第三方物流企业的员工满意度调查与对策研究
摘 要
对于企业来说,员工一向是企业最宝贵的财富,而员工的满意度直接决定着员工的工作行为以及绩效,它对企业的生存和发展起着决定性的作用。员工是企业利润的创造者,如果员工的满意度较高,那么他们就会积极主动地工作,更好地为企业服务。相反,如果员工对企业不满意,那么他们就失去了工作的动力和积极性,就会降低他们的工作效率和工作质量,甚至导致员工的流动量增大。所以,企业在管理过程中要提高员工的满意度,提高他们工作的积极性,是他们在工作中保持激情,为企业带来更多的利润。企业要想提高员工的满意度,就必须做好员工满意度调查。基于以上原因,本文以150名不同物流企业的员工为调查对象,运用调查问卷法、工作要素总和评分法等,分析了员工满意度的现状以及影响因素,并得出以下结论:(1)薪酬水平对员工的满意度有积极影响;(2)工作内容对员工的满意度有积极影响(3)晋升机会对员工的满意度有积极影响;(4)领导管理对员工的满意度有积极影响。最后本文基于以上结论提出了有助于提升员工满意度的管理对策。

Employee Satisfaction Survey and Countermeasure Research of the third-party logistics enterprises
Abstract
For enterprises, the staff has always been the companys most valuable asset, and employee satisfaction directly determine the behavior and performance of staff, the survival and development of its enterprises play a decisive role. The staff is the creation of corporate profits, higher employee satisfaction, then they will actively work to better services for the enterprise.Conversely, if employees are not satisfied with the enterprise, then they lose the incentive to work and enthusiasm, will reduce their work efficiency and quality, and even lead to increased liquidity in the staff. Therefore, in the management process to improve employee satisfaction, they work, they stay motivated in their work and bring more profits for the enterprise. In order to improve good employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction survey must be done.For these reasons, the 150 employees of logistics companies for the survey, the use of the questionnaire method, the sum of the work elements score, analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of employee satisfaction, and the following conclusions: (1) salarylevel have a positive impact on employee satisfaction; (2) Content of work have a positive impact on employee satisfac
