论著│Treatise 医务人员无菌技术操作中医院感染知识培训的应用 白 菊 （四川省宜宾市第三人民医院 医保科 644000） 【摘要】目的：分析医院感染知识培训在医务人员无菌技术操作中的应用效果。方法：选取2014 年 1 月至2015 年 12 月我院50 例医务人员作为研 究对象，2015 年 1 月至12 给予50 例医务人员系统化的医院感染知识培训，比较医务人员培训前后的洗手依从率、正确洗手率以及与医院感染率。 结果：培训后，医务人员的洗手依从率、正确洗手率与无菌操作合格率以及医院感染率均明显优于培训前，对比差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论： 医院感染预防及控制直接决定医院的护理质量高低，而且医院感染预防也跟医务人员安全和医院安全管理关系密切 ，在医务人员中执行医院感染知 识培训非常重要，医院感染知识培训应用在医务人员无菌技术操作中，能明显提高医务人员的无菌操作意识及技能，降低医院感染发生率，值得推 广应用。 【关键词】医院感染知识培训；医务人员；无菌技术操作；应用效果 [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the hospital infection knowledge training in application of aseptic techniques of medical wo rkers. Methods: from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital 50 cases of medical personnel as the research object, from Janu ary 2015 to 12 to 50 cases of medical personnel system of hospital infection knowledge training, comparison of medical personnel training before and after the hand washing compliance rate. Right hand washing rate and hospital infection rate.
