Abstract Based on the consecutive abuse followed by high speed development of the capitalist in the early 20th-century‟s Germany, Werner Sombart put forward a thinking of German socialism to correct this kind of society. Sombart ‟s thought is attribute to Germanys specific economic and social conditions. German socialism has been influenced deeply by Germanys special cultural background, such as German classical philosophy, romanticism and traditional historical school of thought. Also, Its final form cannot leave the significant influence by the First World War. The German socialism of Werner Sombart is aimed to find a way to solve the social problems. Werner Sombarts German Socialism criticizes the economic times and wants to set up the German socialist ideas. The latter is based on the critique of the former, it overturns the economic times, negates the economic spirit of the age, and wipes out all the bad from the state. Thus, it is to create an accord with Deutsche spirit of the German socialism, thus to revive the German culture. The only way to realize the German socialism of Werner Sombart, is depend on national authority, and the power politics. Based on this, he has created a state system model. In terms of the political ruling order, he sets up it from the domestic population levels, leader‟s principles as well as racial aspects and so on; in the terms of the economic management rules, he shows it from the attitude towards economic and technological, restrictions on consumption state, and plan national product three aspects in this paper. These reflect his belief in national authority, and he hope through the dictatorship to achieve the purpose of deutsche countries.
