The reason why it is called Kung Fu tea, is because of the particular way of brewing tea , it needs a certain skill to operate it. It is a deep knowledge to tea the kongfu tea. 所谓功夫茶，并非一种茶叶或茶类的名字，而是一种泡茶的技法。之所以叫功夫茶，是因为这种泡茶的方式极为讲究，操作起来需要一定的功夫，功夫乃沏泡的学问、品饮的功夫。;The steps for making kung fu tea :;2. Tea rinse （漂洗）–add hot water and fill teapot until it overflow a little. Brush away the foam floating or top with the lid.;3. Let the tea steep for a few seconds before pouring the water out. This allows the teapots to warm up before the brewing（沏茶） starts.;4. Use the water to wash the teacups with tong （钳子）;4. Pour hot water into the teapot.The water should be poured from up high ,non-stop ,in a circular motion around the rim. That is to spread heat evenly to prevent pucker (涩).;9. Pour the tea into the teacups. ;The tea is ok!;1.泡茶用的水，以天然的山泉水为上。 Natural mountain spring water is best for Tea. 2. The fair mug ensures that every guest can drink the tea with same concentration, same aroma and same color. So it is fair to everybody. 公道杯的作用，是使茶汤的浓度性、香气、色泽达到一致，公平待人。 ;
