Business English translation plays a vital role as a means of communication and media. It requires translators have rich knowledge in business theory and business practice, and to understand the language characteristics and express method of all areas of business. Business English require applicable and exact words selection, polite diction and clear expression. Therefore, business English translation must have a certain translation skills, to reflect its practical effect in business communication. The paper aims to analyze the role of skills in business English translation, learn and absorb some translation skills from it and apply to trade. Introduction As is known to all, English has become the best media in international business activities. Business English is a branch of English for special Purpose, it is based on the basic English grammar, syntax and vocabulary, but also has a unique language phenomenon and the performance of the content. With the prosperity and development of the international business, the opening up of China has intensified, especially after the accession to the WTO, business English translation work is very important. Business English translation is more complex than general English translation, the translator except to master two language and be familiar with business knowledge, understand the expression method and the language characteristic of business field.
