Study and Design on the New Type of Combined Roller Snow Blower A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Li Jing Supervisor：Associate Prof. Si Guimao Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 新型组合式滚刷除冰雪机械是一种高效清除路面浮雪和冰雪的设备，目前并无专门 的设计和制造规范。由于积雪路面的宽度不一，设计能随路面宽度而改变除雪宽度的除 雪机显的很重要。因此，本文设计了三滚刷组合式钢丝除雪机，三滚刷的工作状态可以 自由组合，从而适应了不同条件的作业工况要求。由于除雪机的作业对象是冰雪，因而 对冰雪的性质研究也很重要。 本文在分析了路面压实冰雪的物理力学性质的基础上，展开了滚刷式除雪机的研 究。首先，根据目前存在的滚刷除雪机的类型及结构，提出了本文要设计的三滚刷除雪 机的技术方案要求，并对钢丝滚刷除雪机的除冰雪机理进行了说明。其次，通过对目前 除雪机已有的驱动方式的分析，确定了滚刷除雪机的驱动方式为液压驱动，基于除雪机 理和滚刷的受力分析，合理设计了滚刷的液压系统，并对液压系统进行了元件的计算与 选型及系统热平衡的计算。最后，对组合式钢丝滚刷除雪机进行了稳定性分析，判断除 雪机是否能安全的使用。 关键词：钢丝滚刷除雪机； 雪力学性质； 液压系统； 稳定性 I Abstract New Type of Combined Roller Snow Blower is a device used to efficiently remove surface floating snow and ice. Due to the different width of snow road surface, it is very important to design snowplow that the snow removal width can change with width of road surface. Therefore, this artical designs three roller combined steel wire snow blower, the working state of the rolling brush can free combinate, so as to adapt to the different conditions of the operating mode requirement. Because of the snowplow’s operation object is ice and snow, it is very important to study the properties of ice and snow. This artical based on the analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of pavement compaction of snow and ice, start on the study of roller type of snow blower. First of all, according to existing types and structure of the roller snow blower,this paper puts forward technical solution requirements of three roller snow blower and explains the sweep snow and ice mech
