钢筋剪切机送料装置及剪切技术的研究.pdf

摘 要 在建筑工业中成型钢筋的使用量日益增长，而成型钢筋在使用过程中也需要进行弯曲、 剪切等再加工处理。促进钢筋的专业化、工厂化和商品化水平，发展建筑业钢筋的专业化 加工配送，是建筑业进步发展的一个重要方向。为了提高钢筋加工设备的质量和效率，需 要对钢筋在加工过程中的剪切力变化进行研究。 论文在对现场施工过程中钢筋剪切机可能同时剪切多根直径不同的钢筋使用情况分析 的基础上，对影响成型钢筋剪切的因素进行了研究。运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA 建立了液压式 斜刃刀具剪切钢筋的有限元模型，并采用Lagrange 算法对60t 的液压剪在剪切过程中钢筋 剪切力变化及不同工艺参数对剪切力的影响进行了分析，并对切刀的在剪切过程中的受力 情况进行模拟分析，得到相关的仿真曲线。在仿真的基础上，分析刀具的应力集中部位， 刀具的剪切力变化，并对剪切多根钢筋时剪切力变化进行分析，对刀具的应力集中部分进 行了分析，对相关的改进设计提供依据。 在钢筋的使用中，钢筋根据实际需要的长度定尺剪断是一道重要的工序。通过对现阶 段钢筋定尺的研究，设计了一种新型的钢筋送料装置，并建立了三维模型，对相关元件的 选型进行了研究。该装置可在传送多根钢筋的过程中进行任意长度定尺并在达到所需长度 后快速制动。 关键词：钢筋 定尺 剪切 有限元 I Abstract In the construction industry, the usage of reinforcement is increasing. Before using, reinforcement is also need to be reprocessing such as bending and cutting. Improve the degree of commercialization, specialization of building reinforcement, achieve the professional processing distribution of construction reinforcement, is an inevitab le direction of the development of construction industry. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of reinforcement processing equipment, it is inevitable to researching the shear force of reinforcement during the reprocessing.
