These are the risks associated with the heart. 2. Reduced stress A peaceful sleep in the night relieves physical and mental stress that is caused during the process of regular activities. It relaxes the body and mind. 3. Enhances memory Sleeping early lets your mind arrange the thoughts well. Waking up early with a fresh mind will repossess all of it. 4. Positive performance Sleeping continuously for at least 7 hours in the night is necessary. Inadequate sleep will curb your ability to think creatively, cope up with stress and concentrate. 5. Maintains weight When you sleep too late your organism is disturbed. Sleeping for less than 7 hours a day is an invitation to obesity. Sleeping earlier half an hour every day, for 4 days to reach the goal and keep going to bed early. I will set the clock to reminds me half an hour ahead of schedule. When my roommate supervise and urge me, I will finish things and go to bed right now. PLAN I will do other things more efficiently, such as study and student society task.?
