注射用间苯三酚用于促进产程宫颈软化临床效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨注射用间苯三酚用于促进产程宫颈软化的临床效果。方法 选取2015年3月～2016年4月我院接受的58例阴道分娩产妇为研究对象，采用简单随机分组方式将产妇分为观察组与对照组，每组29例。对照组产妇给予缩宫素，观察组给予缩宫素联合间苯三酚。比较两组产妇的宫颈成熟度、各产程时间、产后总出血量及产妇并发症发生率。结果 用药后，观察组产妇的Bishop宫颈成熟度评分明显高于用药前及对照组，潜伏期、活跃期均较对照组短（P0.05）。观察组产妇并发症发生率明显低于对照组（χ2=6.72，P=0.01）。结论 注射用间苯三酚对宫颈软化具有促进作用，可有效缩短第一产程，减少产后出血量，降低并发症发生率 [关键词]产程；宫颈软化；注射；间苯三酚 [中图分类号] R714.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（b）-0102-03 Analysis of clinical effect of Phloroglucin for injection in promoting cervical softening in labor WU Mei-yu1 ZHU Fei-yin2 1.Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，Shangrao Municipal Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Shangrao 334000，China；2.Queen Mary College，Medical School of Nanchang University in Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330031，China [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Phloroglucin for injection in promoting cervical softening in labor.Methods 58 puerperae with vaginal delivery admitted into our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected as research subject.They were assigned to the observation group and the control group according to the simple randomization method，and there were 29 patients in each group.The control group was given Oxytocin，and the observation group was given Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol.The maternal cervical maturity，time of delivery，total amount of postpartum hemorrhage and incidence rate of complication were compared between two groups.Results After treatment，the Bishop cervical maturity score in the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment and that in the control group，and the latency period and the active period were shorter than those in the control group （P0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that of the control group （χ2=6.72，P=0.01）.Conclusion Phloroglucinol for injection can promote the cervix softening，which can shorten the first stage of labor and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidenc
