中国医学伦理学 2007 年 2 月第 20 卷第 1期总 111期 — 79 — 主体性德育对医德教育的启示 肖　健 (南方医科大学人文学院 ,广东　广州 　510515) 摘〔要 〕主体性德育是一种强调学生主体性的新的德育理念 ,这一理念启发医德教育者 ,在工作中应转变观念 ,充分认识学 生主体性在医德教育中的作用 ,通过一系列教学改革来激发和引导学生的主体性 :在医德功能方面 ,不仅强调其社会功能 ,还要 强调其满足个体发展需求的功能;在医德认知水平方面 ,不仅强调学生对既有医德知识的理解和接受 ,更要强化学生医德认识 能力的培养 ;在医德教育模式方面 ,摒弃单一认识教育模式 ,倡导体验与认知相结合的教育模式 。学生主体性的正确发挥对于 提高医德教育效能 ,顺利实现医德教育目标起着至为关键的作用 。 关〔键词 〕主体性 ;德育 ;医德教育 〔中图分类号 〕R - 052　　　 文〔献标识码 〕A 　　　 文〔章编号 〕100 1 - 8565 (2007) 0 1 - 0079 - 03 In sp ira tion on the Educa tion of M ed ica l Eth ics through the M ora l Educa tion for L earners’ Subjectiv ity X iao J ian (H um ane A cadem y, S ou thern M ed ica l Un ivers ity, Guang D ong, Guang Z hou, 5105 15) A b stract: Moral Education for L earners’ Subjectivity is a new concep t wh ich emp ha size s studen ts’ subjectivity in the moral education. A dop tion of th is concep t in sp ire s educators of m edical eth ic s to b reak away the ou tdated traditional th ink ing style and lead s to an educational reform : from the angle of the educational function of m edical eth ic s, educators shou ld not on ly emp ha size its social function s, bu t the learners’ individual one s; from the angle of the cogn ition of m edical eth ic s, educators shou ld not on ly emp ha size studen ts ’ understanding and accep ting the literal know ledge, bu t their ab ility in the p ractical app lication; from the angle of the educational mode of m edical eth ic s, educators shou ld sh ift from the p reviou s mode of cogn itive education to a new one wh ich com b ine s cogn itive and p ractical education.
