医技杂志2007年11月第14卷第 3期(旬刊)』 0v !： ! 0l： ： i 型 ! 盟 · 4535· CD一1 700计数仪溶血剂对肝病患者白细胞 参数的影响 张秀琴，潘宝龙，孔繁林 (玉溪市人民医院，云南玉溪653100) [摘 要]目的：探讨CELL．DYN 1700全自动血细胞计数仪溶血剂对各类肝病患者白细胞参数的影响。方法：采 用CEL~DYN 1700全自动血细胞计数仪和手工法同时检测86例各类肝病患者白细胞参数并将结果数据进行统计学 处理。结果：溶血剂对肝病患者白细胞参数的影响：对于WBC计数而言，溶血剂对备类肝病患者白细胞参数的均有不 同程度的影响；对于WBC分类计数而言，除MID无差别外，其他均有显著性差别。结论：CELL—DYN 1700全自动血细 胞计数仪溶血剂对肝病患者白细胞参数存在明显的影响，建议对此类患者采用手工计数和分类。 [关键词]溶血剂；白细胞参数；肝病 [中图分类号]11575 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1671-5098(2007)33-4535-02 The Influence of the CD·1700 Counting Instrument Hemolytic Agent to the Leucocyte Parameter in the Hepatic Disease ZHANG Xiu．qin．PAN Bao．1ong，KONG Fan．1in (The People’5 Hospital of Yuxi，Yuxi，Yunnan 65314)0，China) Abstract：Objective This paper investigated the influence of the CELL—DYN 1 700 automatic blood cell counter hemolytic agent to the blood cells parameters in the hepatic diseases，Methods With the CELL-DYN 1700 automatic blood cell counter and hand—made methods，tlle white blood cells(WBC)parameters of 86 hepatopaths were examined and the data were pro— cessed with statistics at the same time．Results The influence of the hemolytic agent to the WBC parameters in the hepatic dis— ease is：for the WBC count，the hemolytic agent has the different de~ee influence to the WBC param eters of each kind of hepa— topaths．For the WBC classified count，besides the MID indiscrimination，the other al1 shows the distinguished difference，Gon- clusion The CELL—DYN 1700 automatic blood cell counter hemolytic agent has the clear influence to the blood cells param ents in the hepatic diseases；SO we suggest that the hand．made count and classification be used to this kind of patient． Key words：Hemolytic agent
