Vo l. 31 No.l 第 31 卷第 1 期 保险职业学院学报{双月刊} Feb. 2017 2017 年 2 月 JOURNAL OF INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE(Bimonlhly) 科技保险是值得开发的处女地 一一武汉城市圈科技保险发展的调查思考 邓亚妮 (江汉大学商学院，湖北武汉 430056) [摘 要] 科技创新是社会进步的重要动力，但科技创新过程以及科技成果转化过程中由于各种不确定性因素均可 能造成项目失败或项目预期效益无法实现。针对这一可能实现的损失，在推动科技创新活动中采取适当的风险处置机制 十分必要。本文以武汉城市圈科技保险的调查为实证，分析了城市圈内各城市的科技企业及科技保险发展情况，指出科技 保险发展的主妥问题是由于地方政策支持不均衡带来的科技企业发展失衡和科技保险市场失衡，并对城市圈内科技保险 协同发展提出了一定的政策建议。 [关键词] 武汉城市圈;科技保险;高新技术企业;发展路径 [中图分类号JF842.6 [文献标识码JA [文章编号J1673 -1360 (2017) 01- 0085-04 [Abstract] Technological innovation is an important driving force for the social development , while the various uncertain factors in the process of technical innovation and achievement transformation may lead to the failure of the program or the realization of expected profit. Given the possible loss , proper risk control mechanism is vitally necessary in the promotion of technical innovation. Based on the empiri- cal survey of the technology insurance in the urban circle of Wuhan , this paper analyzes the technological enterprises and the development of technology insurance in various cities in the urban circle , pointing out that the main problem in technological insurance lies in the imbalance in the development of technological enterprises and the imbalanced technological insurance market brought by the unbalanced local policy support. Some countermeasures on the coordination development of technology insurance in the urban circle are proposed.
