The breakthrough of high-speed rail brings us some enlightenment: in the global pattern, Chinese enterprises can do more than win at low cost. Innovation should be, and must be, one of our competitive advantages in the future. By analyzing and consulting customer information, we find that some enterprises have begun to adjust their strategy and gradually switch from low-cost strategy to innovation strategy. In the process of strategic transformation, the business model will undergo certain changes. With the continuous increase of new products and new services, the original organizational structure can not meet the new strategic requirements. Therefore, it is a difficult problem for enterprise managers to establish the organizational structure and achieve the strategic goal of enterprise innovation. Organizational structure is a means to help management achieve its goals, and goals are determined by the overall strategy of the organization, so the organizational structure should be subordinate to the needs of the enterprise strategy. After the enterprise makes the important adjustment to the strategy, the organization structure also should make the corresponding change, adapts and supports the organization strategy.
